Once you have access to our Ninja Forms Advanced Date Timepicker, download and install it. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to download and install the WordPress Advanced Date Timepicker add-on.
Advanced Date Timepicker Features
After you successfully install, you will see these features on the date/time field:
- Time settings
- Date/Time restriction settings
24 HOUR INPUT: The time format changes between 12-hour and 24-hour when you toggle the button, with the default time format being 12-hour.
Limit Hours: When you toggle this button, you can input the earliest and latest time for bookings every day.
Minute increments: This allows you to allocate time slots. For example, if you’d like a 25-minute time slot for every session, input 25 in the Minute Increment text box.
How to set up time slots with Advanced Date Timepicker
To limit the number of submissions per slot, toggle the button and enter the desired amount in the NUMBER OF SUBMISSIONS PER DATE/TIME text box. For example, if you want one person per slot, input 1. If you’re conducting group sessions and each session accommodates 10 people, input the number 10.
How to book specific days
You can enable or disable specific days for your booking by selecting the option from the dropdown and then clicking the days on the calendar to select them.
Finally, you can set the days when the bookings start and end by adding SET FIRST SELECTABLE DATE and SET LAST SELECTABLE DATE from the calendar.
