I’ve been using Ninja Forms for quite a while, so I think it deserves some good feedback. What I love about this plugin is how easy it is to create forms using the drag-and-drop builder. Plus, it’s great for making all kinds of forms, not just contact forms.
Excellent Support
Excellent support over on their website — they were very prompt in solving a minor issue I was experiencing. The form builder is also quite easy to use, which may appeal to users that don’t want to deal with any code or complex configurations.

I am a ‘free’ user of Ninja Forms. I have a small two-person business (only one is working) in the financial/banking industry. It’s more of a hobby but generates some income to supplement my pension. My website is self-built, and Ninja Forms is a critical part of it. I have complex forms tied to ‘Conditional Logic’, which automates my administrative work. Ninja Forms has become indispensable to me. I recently encountered a formatting challenge and contacted Ninja Forms for help. As a free user, I did not expect a fast turnaround time and, probably, a generic response that would have left me with a half-solution. Man o’ man. They surprised me!! Sam at Ninja Forms (give that man a Bell’s) found the problem, gave me a full workup on how to fix it (OK, I had to do it manually on my side), and included a nice ‘turn of phrase’ which is specific to my country. (I’m in Africa). He made me feel like I have family in Ninja Forms. There are not enough star options to accurately reflect my satisfaction. I would give 200% for technical assistance, 200% for going beyond what I expected, and 200% for the warm and intuitive manner in Sam’s dealings with, essentially, a stranger on the other side of the planet. If I could say one word about Ninja Forms support, it would be… … Wow!!!
Great features, great support
We began using Ninja Forms on our website after the old form plugin we were using was no longer maintained. Our experience has been great! Ninja Forms has been way more reliable than our last plugin, which saved us from many headaches we had been dealing with before. No problems with spam, email deliverability, etc.
We’ve also upgraded to some paid features, which was a carefully considered decision for our small non-profit with a small budget. The extra features have been useful and well worth it for our organization.
I’d also like to shout out to the support team, who were extremely responsive and helpful in resolving an issue I created for myself lol. (Thanks especially to Sam!)

Within a few minutes, I had an initial acknowledgement of the logs and data I had uploaded, and soon after, a comprehensive fix that let us go back into production quickly. Great plugin, better service
This is a great plugin, I’ve worked with it for many years. I’ve always been able to accomplish what I’ve set out to when using this plugin. Recently I needed to engage support to resolve some trouble I was encountering. I would say they went above and beyond to help solve what I was experiencing. I can highly recommend this plugin to anyone in need of a form solution.
Great plugin and excellent support!
I needed a solution that could populate different contact forms based on an initial selection from a drop down menu. Also that each populated form would be directed to different departments. I was totally able to do this with this plugin.
My solution was quite complex so I had a few issues initially setting it up, but the support team assisted me (very promptly) to iron out all the little issues to get the form working exactly as it was intended to!
