We have put together a document to assist you with this. In version 2.8 of Ninja Forms there have been some big changes. Check out this document about how to get these working. This can happen occasionally when initially setting up the DropBox option included in the File Uploads extension. You should be able to correct this by going to the following address, being sure to replace it with your domain. http://yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ninja-forms-uploads&tab=external_settings&action=disconnect_dropbox Once you've done that, try reactivating your dropbox connection. It appears you may be experiencing a known issue with certain forms and server limitations. This document explains how to correct it. We want to assist you in any way we can but please keep in mind that support is limited to issues directly related to how the product works and the code in the products we provide.
