What is your request regarding? Select One I'm not receiving emails I've set up. Nothing happens I submit my form. My PayPal form is not submitting properly to PayPal. I am having trouble with calculations or conditions. I need help with some custom code. My issue isn't listed here. If when you submit your form, no submission is recorded and no email messages or other actions are triggered, the most likely cause is a caching plugin installed on your site. Common caching plugins are listed below: WP Super Cache W3 Total Cache WordFence WP Rocket While caching plugins work great for speeding up your site, they are poor at working with user input that needs to be processed (like forms). With a caching plugin enabled, your form will render properly on the page but the code needed to process the form is not present, meaning nothing will happen when the form is submit. To avoid this behavior, any page containing a form should be excluded from your caching plugin. Ultimately the sending of emails from your WordPress site, even from Ninja Forms, is controlled by your host. However, we have put together a document to assist in the proper setup of your Ninja Forms to helpfully avoid issues with your host. We want to assist you in any way we can but please keep in mind that support is limited to issues directly related to how the product works and the code in the products we provide. To get you started please check out our documentation on basic calculations for assistance. Our support is limited for calculations and conditions to any reproducible issues/bugs in the code. We unfortunately are not able to provide support for very complex condition or calculation configurations unless you have identified a bug and can provide simple, repeatable reproduction steps. PayPal Express can be complex to set up in Ninja Forms. Before submitting your ticket, please check your form against the documentation listed here. Additionally, before contacting us for troubleshooting please ensure that your form is running in test mode and that you have the proper PayPal test API credentials in place on your site. Providing temporary admin credentials for us to examine your form will also assist in resolving your issue promptly. These requests are looked at weekly for possible inclusion to our public roadmap.
