User Analytics

The User Analytics add-on needs to be installed and activated to see the features mentioned in this this documentation.

The User Analytics add-on lets you add fields to your form to learn more about the submitter. You can add these fields by clicking on the Add Field Button on the bottom right, then choosing any of the User Analytics fields from the list.

You can add as many or as few User Analytics fields as you like. These fields are all hidden to the user, and viewable to you under Ninja Forms > Submissions.

Field Settings

You can click onto each field to customize the label. These fields are hidden from the user so you only have to change the label for your own preferences.

Results

Once you save your form you can take a look at it. You won’t see any of the User Analytics fields on the front end.

User Analytics Form Front End

On the backend when you view a form submission you will see the extra fields filled in.

Note: you may see some fields have an n/a of a blank field. This is common when an IP address isn’t mapped. Many IP addresses don’t correlate to a location. When the plugin can’t guess where the user is it will leave “n/a”.
