Searching for a friction‑free way to let customers pay with Apple Pay right from your WordPress forms? Hunting through gateways, SDKs, or custom code is overkill. With Ninja Forms and the PayPal Checkout add‑on, Apple Pay is now a built‑in payment option you can simply toggle on.
No fluff, no coding, just plug-and-play Apple Pay powered by our partners at PayPal for secure, PCI compliant payments. Let’s get you from “searching Apple Pay for WordPress” to “payment received” in the next five minutes!
How to add Apple Pay to your form
1. Install & activate PayPal Checkout 3.2.0 or later
Grab the Ninja Forms PayPal Checkout add-on. Version 3.2.0 is the first to ship Apple Pay (and Google Pay) support. Install and activate just like any other WordPress plugin.
2. Connect your PayPal Business account
In WordPress go to Ninja Forms > PayPal Onboarding and click Begin Onboarding. You’ll be prompted to log in or create an account, and you’re connected, just like that. No API key hunt-and-peck copy pasta shenanigans required!
3. Add a PayPal Checkout action to the form
Open the form, select Emails & Actions > Add New Action > PayPal Checkout. The action settings window will pop right open for you.
4. Register your domain for Apple Pay (one‑time)
Because Apple Pay verifies every site’s domain, head to PayPal Business > Account Settings > Payment methods> Apple Pay and click Register Domain. PayPal walks you through it in‑app. Do this once and you’re set for every form.
5. Toggle Apple Pay on
Back in the action settings, flip Apple Pay to green under Payment Options. Leave other buttons (PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, etc.) on or off as you wish.
6. Choose what to charge
Pick Fixed Amount, Calculation, or Field for the total, enable Sandbox Mode if you’d like a test run, then hit Publish. Apple Pay now shows up automatically to Safari users on supported devices—alongside any other payment methods you enabled.
7. Publish and (optionally) test
Need a dry run? Enable Sandbox Mode in the same window, submit a test payment, then switch back to live once everything looks good.
Bonus – more than just Apple Pay for WordPress!
With the PayPal Checkout add-on, you get access to loads more payment options than just Apple Pay. Better yet, you get to pick and choose what you want to offer. Choose from PayPal standard, all major credit cards, Google Pay, Venmo, Pay Later, and a variety of bank debit options. There’s no extra cost associated with using these additional payment options. Just toggle on what you want your users to choose from!

Problem solved, now put it to work!
By following the steps above you’ve turned a regular Ninja Form into a streamlined tap‑to‑pay checkout that your mobile users already trust and love. Ready to boost conversions?
