Resend an email notification for previous WordPress submissions

If you need to resend an email notification to yourself, your users, or your team, our Ninja Forms plugin lets you easily resend emails for free.

Step 1: Navigate to Ninja Forms Submissions

Once you are in Ninja Forms Submissions, select a form and select a submission entry. Open the Bulk Actions dropdown and pick Trigger Email Action. All email actions associated with that entry will appear.

Step 2: Select the Email action from the dropdown

As you want to resend an email notification, open the Select the Email Action dropdown and choose the Email action.

Step 3: Click Resend Email button

The last thing to do if you wish to resend an email notification is to click the blue Resend Email button. This is a great tool if you need to resend an email or troubleshoot a submission issue.

That’s it! Easy, peasy. The next time you forget to enable the Email action on your form but you recorded the submission, or you need to resend booking confirmation to your clients, you will be able to do that in a matter of seconds.
