When it comes to creating a form that you can use for your contact form, you’ve likely found a lot of options. There are a lot of form plugins out there.
But that’s not why I’m writing this review. Because I don’t create a lot of simple forms that simply collect three pieces of information. The projects I’ve worked on require more. And that’s where Ninja Forms stands out.
Every other form plugin integrates with MailChimp. But when I need integration with other mail providers like ConvertKit, not everyone has an extension for it. Extensions take time to create, and more importantly, expense to maintain. Ninja Forms has more than just one extension, they have tons. To connect Ninja Forms to just about anything. And that’s where the real power comes in.
Take for example the need to create an integration between Recurly for subscription pricing, and a WordPress site – which I had to do. Could I have written a lot of code to connect the dots? Sure. But I didn’t need to. They have an extension for Recurly that made it a series of clicks.
Did I mention their support? When I found a bug in one of their extensions, they replied back in hours and released a new version the next day with a patch. I can’t say enough good things about the team and the product.

Great, Great, Great… Product and Support
This is by far the best plugin available for building your own custom forms. Fully drag and drop and very easy to use. The support is fast. These folks are great to work with.
Would highly recommend this. Don’t spend days searching. This is worth it. Great addons to support many options.
Clean, Efficient and Full of Features
Having investigated all the major brands Ninja forms was the only one which gave me the features I needed. The save progress is simple and so powerful because you can interact with the user as they save their progress, something which was essential for my project.
Of course with every plugin you come across hurdles and that’s when I was really glad I purchased Ninja forms. The support has been fantastic, responsive, knowledgeable and just generally really keen to help me solve my problem.
That’s a 5 star plug-in for me.

It’s a great plugin. I used to use 2 separate plugins for contact form and price estimation but now I can do both in a single plugin. Support is also very good. They reply and try very hard to solve all of your problems as soon as possible
Superb
This software is superb. I have the paid versions and a number of related products. Very versatile. The support is mentioned a lot in feedback. I can confirm it’s amazing – and I had some demanding uses for the forms. Any bugs are fixed rapidly and updates are very frequent. You can tell these guys really care about their products and are striving to be the best they can be.

When developers need a variety of components to create a form-based application on WordPress, they’re hard pressed to find a richer set of options that’s easy to use.
User-friendly and offers more than just contact forms!
I’ve been using Ninja Forms for quite a while, so I think it deserves some good feedback. What I love about this plugin is how easy it is to create forms using the drag-and-drop builder. Plus, it’s great for making all kinds of forms, not just contact forms.
Great Form plugin
We’ve been using Ninja Forms for a while now – not only are their forms easy to setup but the free version has loads of great features to offer. The greatest thing about this plugin though from our perspective is the Customer Support, even though it’s a free plugin their support team is brilliant. They respond quickly, are friendly and work really hard to help you resolve any questions or issue!
1st class Product & Support
I recently created a very complex form for a client using Ninja Forms, taking full advantage of the Layout & Styles and Conditional Logic plugins.
The client expected the form to perform miracles and whenever I found myself stuck with a request, the Ninja Forms Support team were there to show me the magic. Now my client thinks I’m a genius, but all credit goes to the team at WP Ninjas!!!
Easy to use plugin with excellent support
Thank you Ninja forms. I’ve consistently found your plugin very good, both free and paid versions. The interfaces are easy to use and any support or questions have been readily answered promptly and in a friendly manner with real interest.

Excellent support over on their website — they were very prompt in solving a minor issue I was experiencing. The form builder is also quite easy to use, which may appeal to users that don’t want to deal with any code or complex configurations.
