I took over a complex website that was using a very, very old version of Ninja Forms and after updating to the latest version we had a number of issues. Ninja support have been really helpful and very quick with their response. Great service, thank you guys.

Ninja Forms is a feature packed product with multiple plugins and integrations. They are constantly improving their products too!

Ninja Forms support has helped me through a number of issues. If there is a problem they can’t immediately fix, they continue to look into other solutions. They also provide alternate solutions if the problem still remains.

This plugin offers the best form available. I spent an entire day searching for a contact form I could use without having to pay to make the simple set up work – but did have a feature rich upgrade.

I finally found Ninja Forms and have been EXTREMELY satisfied. I also contacted help on two occasions. The first time, I received a response within 30 minutes. The second time, on a weekend, I sent a question in the afternoon and received a response the same evening.

Excellent support over on their website — they were very prompt in solving a minor issue I was experiencing. The form builder is also quite easy to use, which may appeal to users that don’t want to deal with any code or complex configurations.

I was a little apprehensive in buying this plug-in. I know enough code to be dangerous and thought gosh I don’t need that I can make forms no problem. However, writing code was a reason to put off work. So eventually I tested several similar plug-ins before arriving at Ninja Forms. Realized Ninja forms does so much more than just simple forms. I can create all kinds of conditional forms, users can save their progress, track their progress, upload files, the sky is the limit. This plug-in since has literally TRANSFORMED my business. I can now send my new client application to people who fill it out online and it get’s emailed to myself and my team to start work. All AUTOMATICALLY with Ninja Forms. I bought the developer pack at $300 and change just because I figured I’d need it for several of my websites. It has literally saved me from having to hire a couple employees. This is a life changing plug-in for me.

I needed a solution that could populate different contact forms based on an initial selection from a drop down menu. Also that each populated form would be directed to different departments. I was totally able to do this with this plugin.

My solution was quite complex so I had a few issues initially setting it up, but the support team assisted me (very promptly) to iron out all the little issues to get the form working exactly as it was intended to!

Years ago, I used some other well known contact form plugins. Today I tried Ninja Form and must say, this is the best of all.

Very good setup, JS & CSS loads only on pages where the forms are, very easy customizable, good styling via CSS possible and the backend pages are very clean.

The lads at Ninja forms support especially Curtis helped me with fantastic support and was there through email all the time. Response time is fantastic with these guys… would highly recommend

I recently had a licensing problem with an Add-on, I emailed support explaining the problem. Not only did they resolve the problem, they helped with problems I didn’t know I had. What an excellent team you have. It’s a real pity other companies can’t or don’t follow your lead.

This is an excellent plugin for contact forms. I used Contact Form 7 before, but this plugin in so much better. It give you a lot more functionality and flexibility. Super easy to use and style to your website.

The team at Ninja Forms is fantastic as well. I had a problem with receiving admin emails and they diagnosed and solved it right away. The response time is less than 5 minutes most of the time and just a few hours otherwise. Very knowledgeable and helpful. A pleasure to work with.

I have been using Ninja forms for years now and lately I have experienced a problem. I contacted the support fearing to have to wait for days… But this support team is a great one: a human welcome, a real concern for my problem, a will to help (although my problem was specific), and the skills to succeed. I have used Ninja forms for several years, and I am just now learning that Ninja forms can pre-fill a form with user data already saved in someone’s WordPress profile. That way, if I want to have a field for a user to type their email address, I can pre-fill it with the email I have saved for them, but give them the option to change it.

Ninja Forms can also accept query strings from a URL, which means that if you are using it to gather leads from an ad campaign, you can program it to record what keyword people searched on google before filling out your form.

It’s a great plugin. I used to use 2 separate plugins for contact form and price estimation but now I can do both in a single plugin. Support is also very good. They reply and try very hard to solve all of your problems as soon as possible

The functionality is great and the customer service is out of this world. They are continually doing updates to fix bugs and improve the plugin. You have more options than you could hope for with Ninja Forms. Recommend this plug in to everyone!

I really like the Ninja Forms plugin. Especially since the API is so open and pretty easy to understand. I needed to build forms throughout a course that my users could go back and change their answers. I was able to do that with the add-on “Save Progress”. I removed the “submit” button and every time a user is logged in and views the form, the form is populated with their answers. It was pretty easy to setup, and I’m really happy with the results.

Such a great plugin. Couldn’t say any more than use this over any other contact form plugin…seriously.

This software is superb. I have the paid versions and a number of related products. Very versatile. The support is mentioned a lot in feedback. I can confirm it’s amazing – and I had some demanding uses for the forms. Any bugs are fixed rapidly and updates are very frequent. You can tell these guys really care about their products and are striving to be the best they can be.

I’m using the Ninja Forms plugin for a couple of years now. Works great for my site. The forms do everything I need, including registrations and payments.
The support will respond via email on the same day with a valid solution for your problem. Definitely would recommend it to anyone.

It is very easy to use and powerful as is, but the true awesomeness lies in how clean and readable the code is. It makes it easy to create custom applications for anything not covered in core.

Ninja Forms is a top-notch form plug-in. Ninja Forms is easy to install, use, and overall just a great product. Their service and support was fast and friendly. Any issues I had were resolved right away. Their website has tons of great information on how to use the plug-in and I can honestly say this takes care of every form-related need we have.

This has made forms so so so so so much easier. I showed this to a friend who had NEVER worked with web forms and in one afternoon, he was up and running with a sophisticated email form that looks like it was done by a professional and this friend is so NOT a geek. Read the documentation and this will become your new best friend!

I have tried many others and Ninja Forms is by far the best as it is easy to implement and has all the features (and then some) that we need to create high quality / great looking email forms that also let us track our AdWords conversions!!! Also I received excellent support when asking for a feature request after I discovered our forms need to be sending via SMTP and they already have suggested solution … again easy and free! Thank You! This is by far the best plugin available for building your own custom forms. Fully drag and drop and very easy to use. The support is fast. These folks are great to work with.

Would highly recommend this. Don’t spend days searching. This is worth it. Great addons to support many options.

We’ve been using Ninja Forms for a while now – not only are their forms easy to setup but the free version has loads of great features to offer. The greatest thing about this plugin though from our perspective is the Customer Support, even though it’s a free plugin their support team is brilliant. They respond quickly, are friendly and work really hard to help you resolve any questions or issue!

Built a fully functional set of forms with dynamic fields and conditional logic in a weekend, with only minimal knowledge of the plugin beforehand. A testament to solid documentation and user interface.
