Unique Field
By designating a field on the form as a Unique Field, you can ensure that a single value can only be selected once. For example, if you designate an email field as the form’s Unique Field, and someone submits the form with happyllama@bahamallamas.net, no future submissions of that form can be made using that email address. At this time, only one field on the form can be designated as a Unique Field.
- Designate the field on the form that you want to be used as the Unique Field
- This is the error message that will display to any future submissions that duplicate previously submitted data in the Unique Field.
Logged In
These settings govern if a user must be logged in to view the form, and if so the behavior of the form when a not logged in user attempts to view it.
- Require User to be Logged in to View the Form – If this option is enabled and the user is not logged into your WordPress site, they will not be able to view the form.
- Not Logged in Message – Text input into this field will be displayed to the user if the Require User to be Logged in option is enabled and they try to view the form without being logged in.
Limit Submissions
- Submission Limit – If a numerical value is entered here, that value is the maximum number of submissions that the form will allow. Leave blank for unlimited submissions.
- Limit Reached Message – This text will be displayed to the user when the Submission Limit value has been exceeded for the form.
