Redirect Action

The Redirect Action can be used in order to direct a user to a specific page, such as a Thank you page, when the form is submitted.

Navigate to the Emails & Actions tab then select, Add new Action


Select the Redirect action


You can rename the redirect action by changing the Action Name.

The data in the URL field is where the user will be redirected when the redirect action is processed. Make sure that the URL is formatted correctly. If it isn’t, your user may receive a 404 Error.

Once done, press the Done button


The action can be enabled or disabled using the toggle.
