Exporting forms

1. Select a Form: select the form in WordPress that you want to export . You can use the dropdown to select it from a list, or type the form name into the Filer Forms field.

2. Disable UTF-8 Encoding: unchecked by default, you only need to check this if you have already experienced issues importing forms.

3. Export Form: once your form has been selected for export, this exports the form. Exported forms should always be a .nff file type. If you see other than this, for example .nff.json, manually delete everything after .nff from the file name.

Importing forms

A. Select a File / Choose File: select the form export on your computer that you want to import. This file should end in a .nff file type. If you see other than this, for example .nff.json, manually delete everything after .nff from the file name. File types other than .nff will fail to import.

B. Trusted Source: unchecked by default, when the form is imported the file will be run through security measures to minimize the risk of importing malware. This is not a replacement for trusting the source of the file. Please do not import files of unknown or untrusted origin. Provided that you do trust the source of the form, you may check this option to disable security measures and fully preserve styling and functionality of the form.

C. Import Form: once your form has been selected for import, this imports the form.
