Multi-Part Forms

The Multi-Part Forms add-on needs to be installed and activated to see the features mentioned in this this documentation.

Creating a Multi-part Form in the Builder

Start by adding fields to the first part of your form. Once you add a field, you should see a gray Plus sign show up in the bottom right of the form Builder.


Once the Part is added, you can edit its settings by clicking on the part and a options drawer will open.


This options drawer will give you the options to rename the part or remove the part.

You can move fields to different parts of the form by dragging them to the arrows or to the parts.


You can change the order of the parts by dragging the parts in your desired order.


Multi-Part options

You can get to the Multi-part form settings by going to Advanced > Multi-part


Validate Each Part – Causes required field validation to be performed between the sections

Show Breadcrumbs – Causes the Breadcrumbs to show up above the Form


Show Progress Bar – Causes the Progress Bar to show up above the Form


Show Part Titles – Causes the Titles of the Parts to show up above the Form


At the bottom of the Multi-part settings, you will see an option to change the text for the Previous and Next buttons.
