How to Create a Sendloop Subscribe Form in WordPress

As a Sendloop user, you might find the path to WordPress integration a little more challenging than anticipated. The myriad resources for beginners, while helpful, can often feel like an information overload, adding to the complexity rather than easing it.

One of the most pressing difficulties faced is design consistency. While Sendloop provides its own form templates, translating those into your WordPress site can feel like trying to fit a square peg into a round hole. These tasks often call for a deep understanding of both coding and design principles – expertise not everyone possesses.

Navigating Sendloop’s integration while still maintaining design consistency in your WordPress theme can be a challenge. Luckily, the answer lies in the Zapier add-on for Ninja Forms. It simplifies the technical aspects of integrating Sendloop’s form templates into your WordPress site, all without needing a deep understanding of coding or design.

In this blog post, we’ll show you how to integrate Sendloop into your WordPress setup, allowing you to leverage familiar tools without the need to master a new one. This process ensures you can continue utilizing what you already know and appreciate about your existing WordPress installation but with the added power of Sendloop’s features.

Simplify Your Sendloop-WordPress Integration with WordPress Forms

Creating a Sendloop subscribe form for WordPress isn’t as intimidating as you might think. With Zapier, a platform specializing in interconnecting apps lacking official integration, you can turn any form on your website into a Sendloop subscribe form. Here’s how:

1. Get Started with Zapier

The Ninja Forms Zapier add-on is the tool that establishes the link between WordPress and the application you want to send data. First, get the Zapier add-on installed and activated on your website.

Next, create an account with Zapier themselves. Now you’re ready to get started!

2. Create a Zap!

Integrations between applications handled by Zapier are called Zaps. We’ll be creating a Zap that will connect Ninja Forms with your target service. It’s super simple. Just log into your Zapier account and click Create Zap.

TL;DR Setup

  1. Search for the Ninja Forms integration, then pair it with Sendloop.
  2. Scroll down the page until you see the blue Connect Sendloop + Ninja Forms button, and click.
  3. After that, you will be redirected to the Zap page with the Trigger and Action automatically added.

3. Select Ninja Forms as your Trigger App

Next, choose Ninja Forms to act as a trigger. This is the event that will kick off your automation. After that, select the New Form Submission event as your trigger. This step should take about 15 seconds.

Next, copy the Zapier webhook URL and will paste it into the Zapier action of the form you want to use:

After pasting in the webhook, be sure to click Done, Publish, then Preview and Submit your form before continuing in Zapier.

✨ Be sure to enter data into each field before you submit, even if it’s not a required field!

When you finish this, continue in Zapier and test the action. This will confirm whether or not a secure connection exists. They’ll offer troubleshooting advice on the odd chance that it fails. After a successful test, it’s time to move on!

4. Configure Sendloop as your Action App

Setting up your Action App is very similar to the Trigger App we set up above. Choose your event; in this case, Add Subscriber, and then click Continue. After that, you will be asked to sign into your Sendloop account.

Next, you’ll need to connect your Sendloop account. Zapier will ask for your Sendloop API key, found in your Sendloop account under Settings > API Settings. Once tested and confirmed, you’re all set.

All that remains is to map your form fields to the list and fields in your Sendloop account. Zapier will then test your data flow to validate the connection, and just like that, you’ve created a subscribe form!

After that, click Continue, test, and that’s it! Zapier will test your data flow to confirm the connection. So what’s next?  Well, the answer is up to you. Zapier includes over 5,700 integrations to choose from.  So let your imagination lead the way.
