For many, the new year represents a time of reflection and resolution setting. At Saturday Drive, most of us are anti-resolution. This is not because we don’t believe in goal setting, we do. Each one of us is a highly motivated individual that comes together every day and puts our best foot forward towards making our lives and the world of Ninja Forms great.
We are a thoughtful bunch that focuses on the iterative approach to goal setting. We seek out those small wins because we know those will turn into awesome achievements. This “iterative” mindset took over when it came to our yearly planning for 2022. The yearly objectives we had decided on turned into quarterly objectives that we will measure and reassess quarterly. I like this approach because it is true to who we are as a team and a culture.
