Last year, at our annual off-site gathering, we embarked on a fascinating journey of self-discovery through the Motivations AI personality assessment. To our delight, we found that the predominant trait among us is being a “Driver.”
You might wonder what exactly being a “Driver” entails. It means we’re hardwired to push forward relentlessly, to face challenges head-on, and to navigate through obstacles all the way to the finish line. Essentially, we excel at making things happen.
So, what’s the plan for 2024? We’re leaning hard into what makes us tick. We’re all in on our “Driver” nature but with a twist. Our strategy? “Put people over everything else while challenging norms and embracing a brash, fun, and outspoken identity.” That’s right. We’re doubling down on our strengths but making sure we’re doing it in a way that’s all about people, shaking things up, and having a blast while we’re at it.
Here’s to a year of advancing, overcoming, and finishing strong together.

Ninja Forms January 2024 Product Releases
This month, our engineering team has dedicated efforts to refine several updates from last year. We’re thrilled to unveil version 3.7.1 of Ninja Forms. Here are my two favorite additions to this release:
- Add new field – When you dive into the form builder, you’ll be greeted by a fresh, new blue button labeled “Add new field,” strategically placed to help you start adding fields to your form.
- Year Range – Our Date/Time field, included in our suite of over 27 free field types, supports year-limited date ranges. Enable Dev Mode, add the Date/Time field to your form, and set the “Year Range” in Advanced settings. It is ideal for specifying date ranges like birthdates. Give it a try.

Security patch: 3.7.2
Ninja Forms version 3.7.2 will be coming to a WordPress installation near you to patch an SQL injection vulnerability. Once the release drops, make sure to update to the latest version of Ninja Forms ASAP.
