What’s new from Ninja Forms? The February Edition

When you start a new job it’s very rare to see people who have been around for more than a couple of years. According to the 2022 Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average tenure of an employee is 5 years.

At Saturday Drive we have broken the mold. The majority of our team has been with the company for at least five years or more.

One of those is, KR our Customer Success Engineer in Engineering. He celebrated his sixth work anniversary this month. He was here when we were still the WP Ninjas. On the other hand, Lenka our Email Marketing Specialist who has one of the shortest amounts of tenure celebrated her second work anniversary in December.

There are many reasons our employee tenure is exceptional but I believe our success is due in part to our core values:

  • 🥇 People First
  • 🛠️ Make It Better
  • 🥳 Be a Cheerleader
  • 🤪 Embrace Fun.

  • Define some information that was missing for a new version of the programming language PHP.
  • Stop the program from crashing if it tries to use information that doesn’t exist.
