Install the plugin to get started. Then, you’ll notice your Admin Dashboard has a “Create Block Theme” option under “Appearance.”
Step 2: Customize
Once the Create Block Theme plugin is installed and activated, it’s time to select a foundational block-based theme. Explore the WordPress theme directory, making sure to select the “Block Themes” filter. Choose and install the theme of your choice, keeping in mind the customizations you’d like to add.
